Magenium Solutions named a top IT workplace
GLEN ELLYN - Magenium Solutions was named a 2016 Best Places to Work in IT by IDG's Computerworld, one of 100 top organizations that challenge their IT staffs while providing great benefits and compensation.
Magenium ranked No. 27 among small organizations on the Best Places to Work in IT list. All recognized organizations will be included in coverage in Computerworld along with results from the 23rd annual Best Places to Work in IT survey.
The Best Places to Work in IT list is an annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals by IDG's Computerworld. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
"We're honored to be named to this year's list. It's a testament to our commitment to provide opportunities for continuous growth for all of our employees," said Thomas LaMantia, managing director and co-founder of Magenium.
"Magenium is comprised of approximately 80 technology professionals with an average of more than 20 years of IT experience. We provide interesting and productive careers for our people and encourage their pursuit of learning
as evidenced by the number of Microsoft Gold and Silver competencies our team has achieved," he added.
