GOP-led Congress is harassing Clinton

No, Joe Biden is not going to be president, Mr. Ley. You are mistaken.

Mr. Ley's May 20 letter published on the Opinion Page accuses Hillary Clinton unjustly and cynically of deserving criticism about her actions concerning the Benghazi incident, which has been investigated how many times - 10? 11? - without finding her at fault, and her emails, which are proven to have been sent prior to the time that some of that information was deemed "confidential." The fault for that should be directed to the C.I.A. Frankly, the GOP Congress is harassing her.

Of course, it is possible that Mr. Ley may be one of those adult men who are anxious about women's expanding opportunities. Yes, the world is a-changing.
