Vigils planned in Indiana following deadly Florida shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Gay rights activists in Indiana are planning evening vigils following a shooting at a gay nightclub in Florida that left more than 50 people dead.
Vigils will be held Sunday evening in Indianapolis and at The LGBTQ Center in South Bend.
Gov. Mike Pence has directed flags be flown at half-staff at state facilities to honor victims. He calls the killings a "senseless act of terror."
