Bosnia and Herzegovina beats Japan 2-1 to win Kirin Cup

OSAKA, Japan (AP) - Milan Duric scored twice as Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Japan 2-1 in the Kirin Cup final on Tuesday.

Hiroshi Kiyotake put Japan in front midway through the first half, but Duric equalized one minute later, and put Bosnia and Herzegovina ahead in the 66th minute with his fourth goal of the four-team soccer tournament.

Denmark thrashed Bulgaria 4-0 to take third place, with Christian Eriksen scoring a second-half hat trick.

Morten Rasmussen opened the scoring late in the first half, and Eriksen struck in all three in the last 20 minutes.
