Almora to make his Chicago Cubs debut as Soler goes on DL
PHILADELPHIA - Albert Almora Jr., the Cubs' first draft pick under the Theo Epstein regime, was called up from the minors and joined the team in Philadelphia Tuesday, taking the place on the roster of Jorge Soler, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list.
"It's a dream come true," Almora said. "What every kid dreams about."
