Grain mixed, livestock lower
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery was .80 cent a bale higher at $5.12 a bushel; July corn was .80 cent lower at $4.2460 bushel; July oats unchanged at $1.95 a bushel; while July soybeans fell 8.40 cents to $11.3420 a bushel.
Beef and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was 1.85 cents lower at $1.2160 a pound; August feeder cattle was 2.60 cents lower at $1.4540 pound; June lean hogs fell .52 cent to $.8218 a pound.
