German industrial production up 0.8 percent in April
BERLIN (AP) - German industrial production rose 0.8 percent in April, making up most of the decline from a month earlier.
Industrial production had fallen 1.1 percent in March.
The figures released Tuesday by the Economy Ministry showed the production of investment goods rose 2.2 percent and manufacturing increased 1.1 percent in April.
Construction in Europe's biggest economy fell 1.7 percent since March.
