Feb. 5, 2008: Annual salary of 2 million Swiss francs, annual expenses of 500,000 Swiss francs.
Dec. 1, 2010: 2010 World Cup bonus of 11 million Swiss francs.
Oct. 19, 2011: 2014 World Cup bonus of 12 million Swiss francs.
Oct. 3, 2013: Annual bonus of 1.5 million Swiss francs.
