Indiana couple may have been dead inside home for 2 weeks

MONROVIA, Ind. (AP) - A central Indiana coroner says a man and a woman whose bodies were found inside a home over the weekend may have been dead for about two weeks.

Morgan County Sheriff's deputies discovered the couple's decomposed bodies Saturday on a living room couch in the home in Monrovia about 25 miles southwest of Indianapolis.

Morgan County coroner Annette Rohlman tells WXIN-TV (http://bit.ly/20Qyt1o ) the couple may have been dead for a couple of weeks.

She says there were no signs of trauma on the bodies and foul play is not suspected.

Rohlman says it's possible the two deaths were accidental.

The female has been identified as 49-year-old Venita Sanders. Authorities are still trying to positively identify the male.
