Lee & Associates negotiates sale industrial building in Itasca

ITASCA - Lee & Associates recently negotiated the sale of a 36,000 square foot industrial building at 730 N. Baker Drive in Itasca.

Jeff Janda, SIOR, and Michael Plumb, both principals at Lee & Associates, represented the seller, Elite Companies. The buyer, Baron Manufacturing Company, was represented by Jay Farnam, vice president at Lee & Associates.
