RF IDeas: Ian Bayly

RF Ideas Inc., a Rolling Meadows-based innovator and manufacturer of in-building identification and access control readers, has appointed Ian Bayly sales director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Based in the United Kingdom, Bayly will lead business relations with existing customers and spearhead in-region growth. Additionally, he will establish a new EMEA sales and technical team, and channel expansion across the health care, manufacturing, education, retail, finance, government and transportation verticals.

Bayly brings more than 18 years of wireless industry expertise and international sales leadership experience. He previously held executive positions with Motorola Solutions and Cambium Networks in the United Kingdom, and most recently served as vice president of EMEA sales and global strategic alliances at Xirrus.
