Authorities say teen killed after falling into stump grinder

HARTFORD CITY, Ind. (AP) - Authorities say a central Indiana teenager was killed when he stumbled while moving logs and fell into a hydraulic stump grinder.

The Blackford County coroner has identified Cody Bronnenberg of Yorktown as the victim in Saturday's accident on a rural property near Hartford City.

Sheriff Jeff Sones tells The (Muncie) Star Press (http://tspne.ws/1qlRD2y ) that Bronnenberg was working with his uncle, who runs a tree service company. The sheriff says emergency crews found the teen tangled in the stump grinder and was deceased when they arrived.
