Restaurant Michael hosts a Tour of France wine dinner that begins at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 18. The menu includes grilled foie gras, sauteed filet of Alaskan halibut, roasted breast of duck, artisan cheeses and strawberry frangipan financier. Wildfire's Half Acre beer dinner
Half Acre Beer Company partners with Wildfire in Schaumburg for a beer dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 18. The four-course menu includes lump crab bites, chicken scarpariello with Italian sausage, pappadew peppers and roasted potatoes, grilled skirt steak and shrimp, and vanilla bean bread pudding for dessert.
