GLASA seeks volunteers for upcoming events

GLASA needs 450 volunteers for the Adult National Open-Great Lakes Regional Games and the Rust-Oleum Golf Championship Tour June 9-12.

ANO-GLRG is one of the last track and field competitions prior to Paralympic Team USA trials on June 30.

The Rust-Oleum Championship Tour is an event on the Web.com Tour, which qualifies golfers for the PGA Tour.

The ANO-GLRG will be held at Lake Forest High School in Lake Forest and Loyola Academy in Wilmette. The Rust-Oleum golf championship will be played at Ivanhoe Country Club in Mundelein.

All volunteers will receive on-site training; no previous experience is required to volunteer for either event.

GLASA is a not-for-profit organization that offers year-round sports clinics, camps and special events for youth, teens and adults with physical or visual impairments. GLASA relies on the generosity of volunteers to help make its events a success.
