Pros of term limits outweigh the cons

I would like to believe that Theodore Utchen (May 5) is an informed voter. However, some politicians use questionable - think Madigan - tactics to stay in office. While term limits might restrict some qualified public servants it might keep some incompetent or corrupt people from bilking the voting public. To me the pros outweigh the cons.
