Not all share in blessings

The blessings of 2016 mentioned in the editorial are many, but let's not forget that few are shared by all the world's population. In the 1800's everybody was, to a greater extent, equally vulnerable due to the lack of medical sophistication. In 2016, dying from something totally preventable due to lack of access seems all the more tragic.
