St. Charles North 24, East Aurora 0: The North Stars (22-3, 19-1) rapped out 22 hits and four SCN pitchers allowed just 1 hit in this five-inning Upstate Eight crossover game. Raph Rhoades (RBI), Chris Sawicki, Sam Faith (3 RBI) and Connor Bizik (RBI) had 2 hits each while Zach Mettetal, Sean Krueger (2 RBI), Blake Saltsman (RBI), Brenden Norberg (2 RBI) and Zach Fick each had doubles. Brennett Christiansen was the winning pitcher.
Waubonsie Valley 10, Batavia 1: Kyle Niemiec, Ben Lynam and Joe Burke each had doubles for Batavia (12-6) in this nonconference loss.
