Crash delays rush-hour traffic on I-90

A three-vehicle crash on the Jane Addams Tollway near Barrington Road led to delays during the Tuesday afternoon rush-hour, officials said.

The crash, involving a commercial motor vehicle, a Toyota Prius and a Ford Ranger, was reported at 3:06 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 90, according to the Illinois State Police.

Hoffman Estates Fire Department officials said the crash involved very minor injuries.

How the crash occurred remained under investigation, police said.
