Girls soccer: Huntley notches another shutout win

Huntley 2, Elk Grove 0: Brenna Keegan's goal off an assist from Alyssa Kaufman in the 19th minute was the de facto game-winner in a nonconference win for the Red Raiders (13-3-1). Bri Wilder added an unassisted insurance goal in the 35th minute. Goalkeeper Paige Renkosik tallied another shutout in goal with 6 saves.

Palatine 2, Burlington Central 0: At the Naperville Invite, the Rockets (14-6) were shut out for only the second time this season in a loss to the Pirates. Keeper Abbi Ciganek totaled 11 saves for BC.

Regina 3, Westminster Christian 0: The Warriors (4-8-2) couldn't find the net in this nonconference loss. Goalie Emily Lamp made 14 saves.
