Healthy Kids Day at Foglia YMCA

Lake Zurich's Foglia YMCA will host Healthy Kids Day from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 30. The free Healthy Kids Day will have activities including a jumping jack challenge, rock wall climbing and high ropes course. Elyse Wagner, known as "My Kitchen Shrink," will give presentations on healthy breakfast smoothies and easy, on-the-go snacks and meal planning at 10:30 and 11 a.m. in Foglia's multipurpose room No. 1.
