The top-ranked boys water polo team in the state according to illpolo.com was too much for host Barrington on Thursday as Naperville Central earned a 15-5 victory in a nonconference matchup.
John Fischer had 3 goals for the Broncos (17-4), and Tom Derken had 2.
Nick Walker led the way for the unbeaten Redhawks (18-0), with 9 scores.
Prospect 11, Elk Grove 8: Isaac Ginnodo scored 4 goals, and Alex Morikado, Matt Inserra and Jake Bellows had 2 each to lead Prospect (12-8, 6-3) in Mid-Suburban East play.
Adam Doruff (3) and David Dragne (2) led the effort for Elk Grove (6-11, 2-7).
