Hoffman Estates hosting stress management seminar for caregivers

Hoffman Estates will host a stress management seminar for home and professional caregivers from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 23, at village hall, 1900 Hassell Road.

The free event aims to give caregivers tools and strategies for dealing with compassion fatigue, symptoms of which are similar to that of chronic stress. Participants will experience therapeutic activities through art, massage and group discussion.
