Hoffman Estates offers High Tea April 28

Hoffman Estates is offering residents a chance to enjoy a relaxing spring afternoon at its "High Tea with Gerri" at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at the Sunderlage Farmhouse, 1775 Vista Lane in the village.

This Village of Hoffman Estates Arts Commission-sponsored event will offer finger sandwiches, homemade pies and breads, scones and an assortment of petits fours and pastries.

Period apparel and hats are encouraged. Tickets are $35, and reservations are required by Thursday, April 14. Cash, credit cards and checks payable to the Village of Hoffman Estates are all accepted.
