Suburban Indianapolis teacher's aide/lifeguard arrested
FORTVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A suburban Indianapolis teacher's aide facing child seduction charges has been arrested.
Thirty-eight-year-old Kisha Nuckols faces three counts of child seduction and one count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors. She's being held in the Hancock County jail without bond following her arrest Friday.
Nuckols is accused of having sexual relationships with six current or former students. She's also accused of sending them text messages of a sexual nature.
Nuckols was a teacher's aide, lifeguard and substitute teacher for the Mount Vernon School District northeast of Indianapolis.
The school district has informed parents it will discipline educators who waited more than two weeks and didn't notify authorities as soon as they suspected Nuckols.
Court records do not list an attorney for Nuckols.
