Grain mostly higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was 3.25 cents higher at $4.7420 a bushel; May corn was .25 cent higher at $3.7060 bushel; May oats was .50 cent lower at $1.8920 a bushel; while May soybeans gained 4.25 cents to $9.1320 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .03 cent lower at $1.3513 a pound; April feeder cattle was .63 cent higher at $1.5620 a pound; April lean hogs gained .20 cent to $.7013 a pound.
