Stop wrong-way drivers with spikes

Another wrongway crash occurred on a Chicago area highway.

How about this for a solution, put spike on all exit ramps like the ones at parking lot exits so people can't get in.

This person driving the wrong way on the exit ramp would have a blow-out before getting on the expressway.

Seems simple and the cost is worth the lives it would save.
