Warren High arts festival

Warren Township High School hosts its fifth annual "Live the Arts" festival Friday, April 1, at the Almond Campus, 34090 N. Almond Road, Gurnee. The free event, which feature student-led art, music, theater and dance performances and workshops, runs from 6 to 9:45 p.m. Activities include food and drinks, interactive workshops and demonstrations: caricatures, shirt decorating, face painting, artwork display, balloon art, art contest and a photo booth. Also planned is a special preview performance of this year's musical "Mary Poppins" and more.
