Willie Nelson and Family, with special guest Kris Kristofferson, will perform an outdoor concert at downtown Aurora's RiverEdge Park at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 25.

Online ticket sales are available at RiverEdgeAurora.com.

Tickets will cost $40 through May 31, but go up to $50 on June 1. Phone and in-person sales will start Friday, April 8.

Jim Jarvis, vice president of marketing & sales for RiverEdge Park and the Paramount Theatre in Aurora, suggested fans may not want to wait that long.

"We had Willie at the Paramount on a Tuesday night three years ago," he said. "We sold out 1,800 tickets in two weeks. We added a Wednesday performance and sold that out in a few more weeks. Willie and Kris together, these tickets are going to go fast. It's going to be an amazing night of music."

The concert is general admission only. Guests are encouraged to bring folding or bag chairs. Scheduled events take place rain or shine, unless conditions endanger safety.
