Shares of the office supply chain regained some ground from Monday, the first day of a court battle over Staples' planned merger with Office Depot.

Mattress Firm Holding Corp., down $3.04 to $39.65

The bedding retailer reported weak fourth-quarter results and forecast a smaller-than-expected annual profit.

Express Scripts Holding Co., down $1.82 to $67.52

Blue Cross-Blue Shield insurer Anthem is suing Express Scripts over prescription drug prices.

Wynn Resorts Ltd., up $2.26 to $95

A Morgan Stanley analyst upgraded the casino operator's stock and said the gambling market in Asia may be improving.

Akorn Inc., up $7.60 to $26.32

The generic drugmaker reported preliminary results for 2015 and gave a strong profit forecast for 2016.

G-III Apparel Group Ltd., down $10.71 to $44.52

The clothing and accessories maker's profit and sales fell far short of expectations, partly because of the warm winter weather.
