Naperville hires IT director

Naperville has hired a new director of information technology to fill a long-standing vacancy on the municipal staff.

Jeff Anderson of Naperville will assume his post March 28 after stepping down as business development manager of Magenium Solutions in Glen Ellyn. Anderson also has served as director of information technology at two Chicago companies: Project Leadership Associates and West Monroe Partners.

He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Iowa State University.
