CL South 2, Schaumburg 1: Grace Massat and Courtney Sengstock scored goals for the Gators (2-1) in this nonconference win. Marissa Fetters had 4 saves in goal for Crystal Lake South.

Plainfield East 3, Elgin 1: Michelle Perez scored Elgin's goal in this nonconference loss. Hannah Erickson made 10 saves in goal for the Maroons.

Loyola 2, St. Charles North 0: Leanne Stahulak made 3 saves in goal but the North Stars couldn't find the back of the net in this nonconference loss.

Nazareth 9, St. Edward 1: Ashley Gredzieleski scored St. Edward's only goal in this season-opening loss. Anissa Gomez and Marial Franco shared time in the net for the Green Wave.
