Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery declined 12 cents at $4.6160 a bushel; May corn was off 3.80 cents at $3.6760 bushel; May oats lost 4.80 cents at $1.9120 a bushel; while May soybeans were .32 cent at $9.0020 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was 1.28 cents lower at $1.4055 a pound; March feeder cattle was off 1.53 cents at $1.6345 a pound; April lean hogs were .15 cent higher at $.71 a pound.
