Chicago man gets 15 years for thousands of child porn photos

CHICAGO (AP) - A Chicago man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for possessing more than 5,000 photos and 600 videos of child pornography.

Federal prosecutors say 27-year-old Devin Jones traded the pictures and videos on the Internet. He pleaded guilty last year to one count of possession of child pornography and was sentenced Monday. Prosecutors say Jones also admitted as part of a plea agreement that he engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with about six children between the ages of five and nine.

Prosecutors say the images Jones possessed showed children and toddlers being sexually abused and included depictions of violence.
