Two Elgin girls win Culver's coloring contest

Lola Gibb, 5, and Grace Gannon, 7, both of Elgin, entered Culver's national coloring contest and won the opportunity to have their work showcased in the 2017 Culver's calendar.

The calendar contest is part of Culver's "Thank You Farmers" program, which recognizes the hard work of the farmers who feed our nation and supports a variety of agricultural organizations, like the National FFA Organization and Foundation. More than 2,500 kids submitted entries, of which 27 will be featured in the calendar.

The 2017 "Thank You Farmers" calendar is available at participating Culver's locations.
