Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., up $5.51 to $75.93

A consortium led by China's Anbang Insurance Group offered to buy the hotel chain for $14 billion.

Southwestern Energy Co., down 54 cents to $7.46

Energy prices slumped Monday.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., up $7.88 to $515.73

After a bad year, the restaurant chain's board made compensation targets much harder for executives to hit.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc., down 45 cents to $153.49

The investment bank said it will buy Honest Dollar, a retirement savings platform for people who don't have employer-sponsored plans.

Fresh Market Inc., up $5.41 to $28.39

Private equity firm Apollo Global said it will buy the grocery store chain for $1.3 billion, or $28.50 per share.

GW Pharmaceuticals PLC, up $46.25 to $84.71

The company reported positive results from a late-stage trial of a seizure disorder treatment derived from a marijuana extract.

A. Schulman Inc., down $2.90 to $24.91

The plastic maker lowered its annual profit forecast and said quality problems and low oil prices are hurting its business.

Viacom Inc., up 47 cents to $39.76

The company's shareholders voted to re-elect Viacom's current board of directors.
