I have had the pleasure of knowing Kevin O'Donnell for several years as a neighbor and friend. Kevin O'Donnell is a highly gifted person who displays exceptional character and integrity at all times.

His family values, his commitment to the community, and his dedication as an attorney will make him an excellent judge.

As an attorney myself, I have spent nearly 14 years working exclusively on appeals. As a result, I know the tremendous legal skill and work required to prevail on appeal. In Kevin O'Donnell's many years of experience, he has filed six appeals and four petitions for leave to appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court.

Significantly, he has won appeals on both sides, whether representing the appellant or appellee. In short, Kevin O'Donnell has invaluable experience with the appellate process that will serve him greatly as a circuit court judge.
