Carnivores observing Lent have made it through the first month.
If by now you've had your fill of fish frys and mac 'n' cheese, we have a few new meat-free Friday options to get you through these last days of Lent.
The recipes, from new cookbooks and The Washington Post, might just appeal to you long after Easter has come and gone. After all, meatless meals can be healthy and easy to prepare.
