St. Matthew School open house

St. Matthew Lutheran School in Hawthorn Woods will host an open house from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, March 18. The school offers half-day or full-day preschool, full-day kindergarten, kindergarten enrichment, and elementary school, and extended care. Organizers said in a news release that the school's academic program is taught in a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment with small class sizes.
