St. Matthew school open house Friday
St. Matthew Lutheran School in Hawthorn Woods is hosting an open house from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26. Families interested in seeing the school are able to visit anytime during these hours without an appointment to view the facility, meet staff, and learn about early childhood preschool classes, full-day kindergarten, and the elementary school. Officials said the school's academic program is taught in a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment with small class sizes that allow for individual focus on each child.
