Tim Hennelly named to Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame

Tim Hennelly, president of the Great Lakes Region of Ryan Companies US Inc., has been named to the 2015 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News.

In honoring the Arlington Heights resident as a member of this year's hall of fame class, Midwest Real Estate News cited his well-established track record of performance in site selection, planning and design concepts, financial packaging, managing construction coordination and lease or sale negotiation over more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry.

Hennelly joined Ryan in 2002 and has been instrumental in cementing the national commercial real estate firm as a fully integrated solutions provider in the Great Lakes region, based in Naperville, that covers Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. He has been a key figure in Ryan's success in developing and constructing more than $175 million in healthcare and medical office properties; more than $200 million in senior living communities.
