Consumers Credit Union to hold annual meeting
WAUKEGAN - Consumers Credit Union will host its 86th annual meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. March 23 at KeyLime Cove Resort, 1700 Nations Drive, in Gurnee.
The meeting is open to credit union members and invited guests, including local high school seniors who have earned one of six $2,000 scholarships from Consumers Cooperative Association, CCU's sponsor. The meeting will also feature the election of four members to the Credit Union's board of directors.
"CCU's annual meeting continues to be one of the many highlights of our Member-owned organization," said Sean M. Rathjen, Consumers Credit Union CEO. "Attending the meeting offers Members the opportunity and privilege of electing the Directors who will serve on our Board. Important highlights from 2015 will also be provided and we'll take a look ahead as we outline plans for the current year."
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. 2015 Annual Reports will also be distributed at the meeting. Tickets are available at all CCU Service Centers for $15 on a first-come, first-served basis; no tickets will be sold at the door.
