Board member bullied to keep quiet

On Monday, Feb. 8, at an open board meeting, the U-46 school board bully struck again, calling her gang together to attack a fellow board member for merely quoting Jason L. Riley from his book, because she agreed with the author, who is black.

It made no difference that Attorney General Eric Holder's cousin agreed with Jeanette Ward at the meeting, and that the issue was cause for honest debate. You see, facts or truth don't matter to some people. And if your opinion is different, you are simply called a racist and told to shut up.

Everyone has opinions. Some are based upon fact and others based on truth. They aren't necessarily the same thing. But as quoted in the movie, "Truth. Truth. You can't handle the truth."
