Fish frys helping Lake Zurich football

Lake Zurich Quarterback Club is combining on a fundraising effort with the village's Knights of Columbus Lenten Friday fish fry. Quarterback Club officials said $1 will be donated to the high school football program for every paid guest. Those who wish to participate must mention the Quarterback Club at time of entry. Held on the second floor of the Columbus Center, 365 Surryse Drive, the all-you-can-eat fish frys are scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 19, Feb. 26, March 4, March 11 and March 18. Guests are asked to enter the building's east side. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.
