Youth can explore with 'Instagram Creation' Feb. 24 at Geneva library

Create photo crafts and Instagram videos during the next "Make and Take: Instagram Creation" from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Geneva Public Library, 217 James St.

Middle school students should bring their Instagram or other photo-sharing account information.
