Gurnee Days grand marshal

The Gurnee Days Corporation is seeking nominations for an individual or couple who have given selfless service to the Gurnee community to be honored during the Gurnee Days celebration. To qualify for the nomination, the person(s) must have provided a meaningful contribution to the village for 10 years or more. The person(s) selected will be honored at a testimonial dinner to be held Thursday, Aug. 11. In addition, the individual(s) will serve as grand marshal(s) of the Gurnee Days parade Sunday, Aug. 14. Nomination forms are available at village hall, Gurnee Park District or the Gurnee Days websit, gurneedays.com. The nomination form must be returned by March 26.
