Carmel prevails at Lakes

C.J. Duff scored 18 points, and Carmel Catholic's boys basketball team picked up a 47-36 nonconference win over host Lakes on Monday night.

Carmel (12-12) also got 15 points from freshman Johnny Roeser, who was coming off a career-high 21 points in a loss to St. Patrick.

Lakes fell to 11-12 with its third loss in a row.
