Learn more about District 75 annex

An informational meeting for parents and neighbors of Washington Early Learning Center is set for 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at Washington School, 122 S. Garfield Ave., Mundelein. This summer, Mundelein Elementary District 75 plans to add a temporary annex made up of multiple 70-foot-long mobile units that fit together to become a single building. The annex will have a main entrance and an interior hallway that will connect at least four full-sized classrooms. The meeting will explain procedures that will be put in place to ensure student safety, the rationale behind why the school needs additional space, and the site plan and construction timeline.
