Stevenson High to host course event

Stevenson High School will host the first of two course selection events for incoming freshmen and their parents Thursday, Feb. 4. It's scheduled to run from 4 to 7 p.m. in Room 2104 of the Lincolnshire school's west building. Students with last names that begin with A through L are asked to attend Thursday, and those with last names starting with M through Z are asked to attend the session Tuesday, Feb. 9. However, if a family has a scheduling conflict, they may attend either night and do not need to notify the school. Counselors will be available to answer questions about elective courses. Additionally, a nurse will be available each evening to answer questions about health issues.
