Flash mob at Rosemont mall celebrates Chinese New Year

A 125-person flash mob and performance by "Crazy Violinist" Shaobo Zhang will celebrate Chinese New Year Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall in Rosemont.

The flash mob kicks off the festivities at 2 p.m. at the lower level food court, and other performances, including traditional dances, a Chinese fashion show and a Kung Fu presentation, continue through 3:30 p.m.

The mall is located east of the Tri-State Tollway and south of Balmoral Avenue.
