Maine Township mentoring program seeks students

Maine Township's MaineStay Youth & Family Services program is offering free mentoring to 4th, 5th and 6th grade students to help them take positive steps toward academic and future success.

The mentoring program, in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters, will meet twice a month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays starting Feb. 23, at Maine Township Town Hall, 1700 Ballard Road in Park Ridge.

Up to 20 students will be accepted into the program who apply at mainetownship.com. The application deadline is Feb. 10.
